Objectives
To develop a retail home healthcare (HHC) business requires a long-term commitment from
concept to build-out to grand opening to an ongoing marketing and advertising campaign.
Following are the phases of our retail HHC business program through which we progress
within a six month time line:
Positioning - Create a corporate image that
personifies this new retail home healthcare business.
Niche Marketing - Develop and market niches
with competitive analysis to become the primary source of information, education, product
and service within the respective service areas.
Site Selection - Evaluate criteria to help
determine the business location within a community and/or region that has the greatest
potential for success.
Product Mix - Identify core, related and
impulse categories, products and brands in relation to niches.
Layout - Design showroom to highlight niches,
facilitate traffic flow and increase sales per customer.
Design & Build-out - Create architectural
renderings of showroom in response to demographics and layout. Coordinate build-out of
space to create a state-of-the-art HHC retail showroom.
Merchandising - Develop displays and planograms
for products and brands within each respective category for category management.
