management, reimbursement,A/R and operations.
Marketing - Produce targeted marketing tools for referral and
retail customers such as brochure, direct mail pieces and catalog.
PR - Develop series of press releases in each respective niche
market. Contact media for grand opening coverage and participation.
Advertising - Identify and create ads for print, radio and TV
media that most cost-effectively reach target customer bases.
Reimbursement Training - Train staff on Medicare reimbursement,
Managed Care and other third-party contractual relationships.
Product & Sales Training - Educate staff on HHC categories,
products and brands as well as retail selling skills and customer-driven
values.
Grand Opening - Coordinate as a community event for both
referral and retail customers.
Promotions - Coordinate and co-op with suppli-ers for seasonal
and quarterly promotions via in-store marketing and advertising.
Accreditation - Begin to develop quality stan-dards and
document patient satisfaction and out-comes in preparation for the
accreditation process.
